Refund and Returns Policy

At Samuel’s Pet Studio, we take great pride in creating personalized pet portraits that bring joy to pet lovers. Since each artwork is custom-made, we have established the following refund and return policies to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

1. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Each pet portrait is uniquely designed based on the photo you provide, making it a one-of-a-kind piece tailored specifically for you. We ensure you love your proof before shipping the canvas to you.

2. Order Cancellations

• Before Proof Creation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before we begin creating your proof. Once the proof has been started, cancellations are no longer possible.
• After Proof Approval: Once you approve your proof, your artwork is sent for printing, and we cannot process cancellations or refunds.

3. Proof Approval Process

• A digital proof of your portrait will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your pet’s photo.
• You have the opportunity to request modifications before the final print is created.
• Once you approve the proof, your order is considered final, and no further changes can be made.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We ensure that each order is carefully packed and shipped to arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including the packaging.
3. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Note: We do not offer refunds for damaged items, only replacements.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Samuel’s Pet Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.
• If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we will require an additional shipping fee to resend it.

6. Quality Guarantee

We strive to create the highest-quality custom portraits. However, keep in mind that slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to screen differences and printing processes. These variations do not qualify for a refund or return.
