• Customers must upload a clear photo of their pet or send it to [email protected] after purchase.
• The pet’s name and preferred canvas orientation must be provided at checkout.
• Once the order is placed, our artists will create a digital proof within 24 hours and send it to the customer’s email for approval.
• Customers can request minor edits before final approval.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely via PayPal and major credit/debit cards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Proof Approval: Portraits are printed only after customer approval.
• Shipping Time: Orders ship within 10 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Location: We ship from Orange County, California, United States.
• Shipping Cost: Free U.S. shipping is included in every order.
• Tracking: Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the portrait is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we do not offer returns or refunds.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If an item is damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

• Samuel’s Pet Studio retains the copyright and rights to all artwork created.
• We reserve the right to use completed portraits for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our artwork without permission.

• Any fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abusive behavior will result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
